- According to your cosmetic practitioner's advice, massage the treated area for 5 minutes 5 times a day for five days after your treatment. Use moisturising cream to reduce the friction when massaging.
- Within the first 24 hours after your treatment, apply ice packs or ice wrapped in a cloth (avoid putting ice directly onto your skin) to the treatment areas to help reduce swelling.
- Makeup may be applied after 24 hours.
- Avoid sun and UV sunlamp exposure until swelling and redness have resolved.
- Avoid sauna/steam rooms for 24 hours.
